Spring Makeup featuring New Products
It's that time of year again, and although Atlanta was unseasonably cold this March, I'm definitely feeling the Spring spirit.
This look was inspired by the Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Liquified Lipsticks and the Glossier Lidstars, but I also threw in a few products I've been in love with for months. Watch the video above to see how I created this look using just my fingers and just a Beauty Blender.
Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Foundation in 370 | $34 | 1.1 fl oz | Vegan
A lightweight medium buildable coverage foundation that comes in 40 shades. Easily my current favorite foundation because I can use it in so many ways.
Chantecaille Liquid Lumiere Illuminator in Brilliance | $44 | 0.8 oz | Vegan
A soft gold liquid highlighter that gives me a very bold but believable sheen. I like applying this with a damp beauty blender rather than with my fingers.
Glossier Lidstar in Cub | $18 | 0.15 oz
A liquid/cream eyeshadow that goes on sheer and is easy to blend. A;though the launch was much anticipated I think the shade range fell flat. See my review here.
Honest Beauty Truly Lush Mascara + Primer | $22 | 0.28 fl oz
The type of mascara that keeps me from missing conventional and non-cruelty-free mascaras. A great green beauty dupe for Chanel Le Volume Mascara.
Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Liquified Lipstick | $25 | 0.25 fl oz
The perfect orange shade for my complexion. I like using this on both my lips and my cheeks because it's super pigmented. See my review here.
